Teri drove the first leg of the day. I read a book and the kids watched a movie. Pretty uneventful. Lunch was at Casey's Cafe in Chamberlain, SD right on the Missouri River. That is a beautiful spot of the world.
I took over the driving and of course we were immediately hit by rain, again. Our break came at Wall Drug, the World's Largest Drug Store. I don't know where the drug part was, but we found the boot store, the shooting gallery and the "backyard." Here's some pictures:
Following Wall Drug, we headed to Piedmont, SD and to Jack's Campers. We got there about 6:30 pm and only the skeleton crew was working. They got us set up in our camper for the night...a 29 ft. trailer that is very nice. We then went to dinner at Outback and turned in early as we knew the next day was going to be a big one.
